BCCC MINISTRIES

WOMEN'S MINISTRY

"Touching Hearts" ministry has established itself as a vital part of the Bridge City Community Church. Service comes in various forms, some of them listed below:

Quilt Making

Our ladies make dozens of beautiful quilts for the patients at the Cancer Clinic in Saskatoon to give them a touch of home while they battle their illness. This year, Quilts were donated to Saskatoon AIDS for 2008.

Shoe Boxes

Every year the Women's Ministry collect and package an assortment of soft toys, games, stationary, candy etc. for children staying at Saskatoon's Interval House.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

Our Children's Ministry has served the spiritual development of our pre-teen children for over nine years. The focus of the ministry is a monthly "children's church" where all the children meet for biblical lessons, snacks, games, and most of all, a message that they are important to God, and loved by Him.

We follow a "Persons at Risk" program for all youth staff and volunteers. We take the safety of our children very seriously and all those working with our youth provide a police background check, and must be interviewed personally by the pastor and Children's Ministry coordinator.
